Illumina - Welcome Back! (Once again)


Welcome to the new blog of Illumina!

As will be evident from the various posts and links to this page this is a Diwali Mela a.k.a. Disguised Market Research event organized by the students of MDI Gurgaon.

Now, for starters let me mention a word (or two) of thanks to the Title sponsor of Illumina’2011 – Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

I would also like to thank the research partners – Hewlett Packard, Kraft Foods (Cadbury), Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, Berger Paints and State Bank of India.

We will try and give a brief overview of some of the MRs in the upcoming posts. (MR is an acronym commonly used for Market Researches)

This leads me to the exciting part – the fun begins again, the mayhem unfolds again!

Dates for Illumina this year has been already announced –
Rural Illumina – 21st October
Expressions (Child MR) – 10th November
Urban Illumina – 10th November

We are looking forward to a bigger, better and brighter Illumina 2012.

Though the seniors have always held the guiding light it gives me immense pleasure to welcome the junior team which has already made a mark with their enthusiasm and energy.


I really appreciate those of you who are sure that this is one of the last posts on the blog - I would try really hard to disappoint you all.
